This (set of 2) Brake Calipers will fit either left or right side and it will fit the following VW's;

fit or replace Type 3s produced in April "71 and later (vin #3112268739 and later) or
1972-74 Type III Squareback or Fastback models!

Be advised that in order to provide these calipers at a lower cost, they will be shipped in a triple bubble package unboxed. It may seem sloppy packaging to some but it passes the savings on to you.
