Description

This auction is for an Aurora ThunderJet 500 Cobra GT HO Slot Car in PURPLE PLATED with SILVER stripes. This body is brilliant with sharp crisp stripes. The rear screw post has a small crack but holds tight.
The body is brilliant the trim and stripes are sharp and crisp. There is a small amount of wear on the roof which is shown. Window posts are NOT damaged and the wheel wells UNMODIFIED still plated in purple. The original chassis comes with its early “RED / GREEN / GOLD” armature and solid rivet chassis. Very original stunning Cobra GT.
The chassis was tested with a 9v battery and it ran great.
