Plastic Canvas Top Notch Tissue Box Covers.
This book is new and never used.  It has 32 pages with instructions, pictures, and patterns for 14 projects.  The boutique size tissue box covers are 4.5" wide x 5.5" high and 4.5" deep.  The family size tissue box covers are 10" wide x 3.75" high x 5.25" deep.  There are also some great motifs in this book that could be used for many other projects.  Some examples are the pinwheel, sailboat, Santa face and more.
