This listing is for both items. The booklet is 1960 by Jacob and Jane Zook, no writing or tears found. The envelope of patterns and instructions are 1964 by Jane Zook, some  minor discoloration, the worst of which is on the backside of one of the 3 pages of patterns which are complete with no cutting. Choice of shipping First Class mail in an envelope which could get bent in shipping or a Priority flat rate padded envelope which is less likely to get bent in shipping.
