Artist original by Julia Rueger 15 inch elf would look fantastic with your fairy collection, boudoir dolls, or just about any collection.  Mohair wig, painted blue eyes,  the sculpting is fantastic on the face.  Head, hands and feet are sculpted the body is very poseable.  Black lace trimmed collar, black gloves and pink ruffles around neck, waist and on the hat.  I do not see a signature. If you check my other Rueger dolls on auction this is also her artistry.
