Comes with double-heart dangling charm that goes in the middle. Large pattern in black and white. Includes stitch instructions. This is a pattern and charm only -- no fabric, no thread included. In like-new condition: slight wrinkles on pattern.I get a lot of my items from thrift stores, garage sales and the like so I don't know the history of the item.
