Gingerbread Village on Perforated Plastic plastic canvas pattern book NEW rare

Offered is Gingerbread Village on Perforated Plastic, a 17-page plastic canvas pattern booklet published by the American School of Needlework in 1994.  The booklet is new with very minor wear, and there aren't any stains, odors, tears or writings. This is a pattern booklet with written instructions to do it yourself; no other materials are included.
The booklet patterns use cross stitch on 14-count plastic canvas to create this Christmas village:
Cottage, 4" wide x 4-1/4" tall x 2-3/4" deep
Toy Shop, 3-3/4" wide x 4" tall x 3" deep
Post Office, 4" wide x 4-1/2" tall x 3-1/4" deep
