Pre-owned in excellent condition.  Previous owner attached her personal sticker on front cover amd then removed most of it. There is a little of the gold sticker on left side below the water glass.nThere is also "St. Charles, Ill." written in pencil at top right.  Please see photos.  This has been well kept / stored by a pattern book collector.  Little to no signs of use. I was told most of her collection was never used...this appears to be one of them.
