Offered is Easter Egg Village, a 17-page plastic canvas pattern booklet published by the American  School of Needlework in 1993. The booklet is new, very minor cover wear, and there aren't any tears, stains, odors, or writings. This is a pattern booklet with written instructions to do it yourself; no other materials are included.
