Offered is Bunny Boulevard, an 18-page plastic canvas pattern booklet published by The Needlecraft Shop in 1995.  The booklet is new, and there aren't any stains, odors, tears, or writings. This is a pattern booklet with written instructions to do it yourself; no other materials are included.
