Offered is Building Block Dollhouses, a 23-page plastic canvas pattern booklet published by Pat Depke Books in 1991.  Projects are all stitched in 7-count plastic canvas.  The booklet is in excellent condition, very hard to find, and there aren't any stains, tears, odors, or writings. This is a pattern booklet with written instructions to do it yourself; no other materials are included.
The dollhouse is created from two basic units.  The patterns are designed to the standard dollhouse scale of 1 inch = 1 foot, and any standard scale dollhouse accessories can be used.
