1995 NGC MS65 RD DDO with DIE CHIPS Everywhere MINT ERROR & Doubled Die Obverse

Here is a Very Unusual Double Error 1995 DDO Lincoln Memorial cent that is NGC certified gem MS65 Red Doubled Die Obverse, but also has Raised Die Chips all over from a Die that was starting to Break in a number of places leading to all the raised areas you see in the photos! Red surfaces on both sides with nice doubling on LIBERTY, but just try to find another one like this with the Mint Error added to a already Cool Double Die.
