**Scratch & Dent Sale**  This one is a bit rough, but it will fill your book hole for less.  A "Scratch & Dent Sale" is a somewhat desirable coin that is damaged, worn, and / or dirty, below our normal quality standards, so it has been discounted accordingly.  Some people call them "hole fillers", but we decided to stand out and be different and call them "Scratch & Dent Sales".  The coin in the pictures is one we had sold previously.  We used to post pictures of every coin we sold, but we currently sell about 125 - 150 coins per day, so that has become physically impossible to do anymore.  The coin you will receive will have a problem with it that does not make it a perfect proof coin.  Print smears, carbon spots, scratches are just some of the examples of the damage that could be done to the coin you receive.
