1903 Metal Identification Tag Eliot Maine Frank Cole with Chain and Skeleton Key

All in very nice condition. Even though there is a comma between Frank and Cole, I believe this was Frank Cole's tag. I did do some research on this as my family on both my Mother's and Father's side were early residents of Eliot. My Mother's, who was born in Eliot, maiden name was Cole and if she was still alive would be about 105 years old. I am 95% sure Frank was not a relative to me so hopefully it may find a correct home.
